Why am I not successful?

When we are struggling to get what we want... When people do not give respect what you expect and when you think ordinary or pretty average individuals are enjoying success - You ask yourself - Why am I not successful? Is that decision I took a decade ago? or is that my bad-luck? You are disciplined through out your life - You delivered value to organizations - You are more qualified of the lot - Still you think pretty average value creators are going ahead - wining the race - It is not that you are poor at public skills - Your skills are admired but at crucial juncture you are ditched - This happens to many great guys not only you and then what question you ask again and again - Why I am not successful? A million dollar question without answers - This question chases you in the day - It haunts you in the night - You become annoyed - You even go to palmist or even start believing stone with the hope- The guy next door with average skills is ruling the world with beautiful mistress - He is boss - You even know that he does not know maths - his public skills are average - even he failed in one of the easiest papers in the exam - Still he is ruling the world - Question is still the same why --- Why?
I have theory for this. The blunt analysis tells a few facts - It is the courage on which you missed out. You took every decision with fear - You never moved forward to hit the spinners or move on back foot to pull the delivery from fast bowlers. This continued - pressure started mounting and then you hit foolishly to some delivery - probably you should not have hit. You waited for accident to help you. I do not know about other guy why he is there - But I know why you are not there - Probably you can be there tomorrow - You need to move forward - But now there is no energy in your wings - Your no front foot attitude has taken energy out of your wings - But still there is a chance - I will try to find out solution for you - Many self help books may write many different solutions - But you have to create your own solution to rule the world -So help yourself
